1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 3jl7 platform (the "Platform"), you ("User," "Player," or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 3jl7 ("we," "us," or "our").

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 3jl7 website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services accessible at 3jl7.net.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including real-money funds and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player using GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, or any other accepted payment method.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as real money.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required under applicable Philippine regulations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing online gaming in the Philippines.

3 Eligibility

To register and use the 3jl7 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under applicable Philippine online gaming regulations.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and permitted.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 3jl7, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 3jl7 or by any regulatory authority.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously had an Account terminated by 3jl7 for breach of these Terms.

4 Account Registration

To access the full features of the 3jl7 Platform, you must create an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one Account on the 3jl7 Platform. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated balances may be forfeited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other information requested.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3jl7 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 3jl7 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• KYC Verification: 3jl7 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You must submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, or PhilHealth ID) and any additional documents we may request. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold.
• Account Updates: You must promptly notify 3jl7 of any changes to your registered information by contacting our support team.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 3jl7 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

5.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may be subject to additional verification.
• Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank.
• Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your Account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during business hours.
• 3jl7 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.

5.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, subject to successful KYC verification and compliance checks.
• 3jl7 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding ₱50,000.
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 3jl7 Account. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus being forfeited.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

3jl7 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published on the relevant promotion page:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed KYC verification, unless otherwise stated.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings will expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the specified period.
• 3jl7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where possible, reasonable advance notice will be provided.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.
• 3jl7 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if we determine that a player has abused the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 3jl7 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules. The following general principles apply to all games on 3jl7:

• All random number generator (RNG) based games on 3jl7 are certified by independent testing laboratories for fairness and randomness.
• Live dealer games use real cards, real equipment, and real-time video streaming. Results are final once the game round is completed.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, 3jl7 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's Account.
• 3jl7 is not responsible for any losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules. It is the player's responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a wager.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3jl7 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such bugs must be reported to 3jl7 support immediately.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction made on the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 3jl7 staff or other players through any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 3jl7 Platform, including but not limited to the 3jl7 name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, and user interface design, is the intellectual property of 3jl7 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3jl7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

3jl7's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

3jl7 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Platform or any part thereof at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

3jl7 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We implement industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit TLS encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12 Responsible Gaming

3jl7 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. We provide the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications showing how long you have been playing and your net gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break from the Platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

13 Termination & Suspension

3jl7 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player.
• A regulatory requirement or court order requiring us to do so.

Upon termination for cause, 3jl7 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings. Real-money funds will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to 3jl7.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to 3jl7's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

15 Amendments to These Terms

3jl7 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.
